Promote the innovative technological solutions provided by the first startup to introduce the real estate instant buying service to Italy.


To transmit a sensation of nearness and positivity by presenting Casavo as a reliable player and by building a distinctive brand image based on a fresh look and feel and colloquial tone of voice. These are the ingredients which characterized the strategy and creative direction of Casavo’s campaign planning for online and offline media through 2020. The concept and visual language used for the commercial video gave life to the construction of a complete imagery which came to represent the service itself – even contaminating the layout of the website and their online communication. The media strategy was built to take Cassavo’s local connections into account, since it currently operates in just a few Italian cities, with a focus on specific neighborhoods. The brand’s complex needs were met effectively by selecting each media space carefully, collaborating with radio networks with high performance records in the geographic areas of interest, and by implementing addressable TV. The first flight also included TV and OOH, whereas the autumn launch featured both OOH and radio presence on 5 different stations.
